It is mainly used for 10kV side outlet circuit breaker or main switch in small and medium-sized substations, and can also be used for the control and protection of a single high-voltage electrical equipment with rated voltage of 12kV. The circuit breaker is divided into type I and type II, and type I circuit breaker is equipped with manual energy storage spring operating mechanism. Type II circuit breaker is equipped with motor energy storage spring operating mechanism. Type II circuit breaker can be equipped with isolation switch (rated current ≤630A) to isolate the fault.
Structure and characteristics
The circuit breaker adopts three-phase common box-type structure, the three phases are across the circular box, fixed on the box through the porcelain sleeve, the circuit breaker and the mechanism as a whole structure, directly connected through the main shaft. The circuit breaker consists of shell, porcelain bushing, current transformer, arc extinguishing chamber, adsorbent, end cover, mechanism and other parts. The enclosure of the circuit breaker is welded with high-quality steel. It has high processing precision and good sealing property. It can be used in high temperature and humid areas and has the properties of moisture-proof and anti-condensation.
