Conditions of Use
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the special type does not exceed 4000m.
2. The highest ambient temperature does not exceed +40°C, the lowest is -35°C, and the temperature is -40°C in alpine regions.
3. The outdoor wind speed does not exceed 34m/s.
4. Pollution-resistant type is suitable for moderately polluted areas.
5. The thickness of ice coating shall not exceed 10mm.
6. The seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
7. The installation site should be free from gases, vapors, chemical deposits, dust, dirt and other explosive and corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation performance and conductivity.
8. There should be no severe vibration in the installation place.
Features
1. The structure of the bearing turntable is improved, so that the bearing seat can realize the waterproof function. It is also equipped with an oil injection hole and an adjusting screw, the switch has a strong integrity and the maintenance is simpler and more convenient.
2. The copper welding process is adopted between the conductive rod and the contact, and between the conductive rod and the contact finger seat. In addition, a soft connection is installed between the contact finger and the contact finger seat, so that the main circuit resistance of the product is significantly higher than that of the screw connection. Reduced, thereby reducing the heating problem of the contacts during operation. The grounding guide rod is made of aluminum alloy with excellent conductivity, and the contact part is made of copper. The connection between the conductive rod and the base and the grounding contact finger seat are all equipped with soft connections, so the grounding reliability of the grounding circuit is greatly enhanced.
