The conductive part is mainly composed of contact blades and static contacts.
The static contacts are installed on the post insulators at both ends. Each phase contact blade is composed of two groove-shaped pictures, which not only increases the heat dissipation area of the contact blades, It is beneficial to reduce the temperature rise, and it improves the mechanical strength of the contact knife, so that the dynamic stability of the switch is improved. One end of the contact knife is installed on the static contact through a shaft pin (bolt), and the other end of the contact knife is connected to the static contact. It can be connected separately, and the contact pressure of the contact knife is maintained by the contact spring at both ends. Chassis assembly: It is composed of the main shaft of the chassis and the limit plate. The limit plate is mainly used to ensure the required end position when the conductive contact knife is "opened" and "closed".
