• The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.
• Relative humidity: Daily averages must not surpass 95%, maintaining a saturated vapor pressure average of not more than 2.2×10-3MPa, with an overall average not exceeding 1.8×10-3MPa.
• Earthquake intensity should remain below level eight.
