Oil immersed series transformer

Fully sealed oil immersed power transformer developed and produced by Shenheng Power has the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy saving effect and reduce pollution. Compared with the ordinary oil immersed transformer, the fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator, and the change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank.
The transformer is isolated from the air, so as to prevent and slow down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhance the opetation teliability, and avoid maintenance in normal operation.

Architectural feature

 

1. The iron core is cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability grain orientation.
 

2. The windings are made of corrugated oil channel without dipping paint process, and the tape is tied tightly; the windings are concentric: the high-voltage windings have the taps required for tapping the voltage, and the taps lead to the tap changer. The switch is mounted on the cover of the box, and after cutting off the power supply, it can realize the voltage conversion of 10kv and 20kv, as well as the conversion of the tap voltage.
 

3. 30~2000kVA transformers are equipped with pressure relief valves; gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to customer requirements.
 

4. Transformer is equipped with glass thermometer tube holder, which is designed at the top of mailbox and 120±10 mm deep in oil; 1000~2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor type signal thermometer.
 

5. Transformer oil tank consists of corrugated wall, surface spraying dustproof, paint film is strong, corrugated cooling not only has the function of heat dissipation, but also has the function of "breathing". When the transformer is packed, the vacuum oil injection process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil is not in contact with the air. It can effectively prevent oxygen and moisture from intruding into the transformer and moisture from intruding into the transformer, which leads to the degradation of transformer insulation and the aging of transformer oil. Therefore, oil samples should be tested from time to time.
