Product Description
This dry-type transformer is an epoxy resin-encapsulated type with an H-class insulation, which is realized through the
third-generation German HTT advanced technology and vacuum pressure miror casting process based on H-class
insulation material.
It is applicable to 35kV and below, 50Hz or 60Hz distrilbution and transmission systems, for wide application in various
residential and commercial buildings, public facilities,industrial and mining enterprises, power generation enterprises and
urban and rural power grids. lt is the most ideal environment-friendly power supply and distribution equipment.
The coil adopts vacuum pressure mirror casting process for beautiful appearance and strong resistance to sudden shor
circuit.
The core is made of high quality silicon steel sheet, with 45" inclined multi-seam, high lamination coefficient, low no-oad
loss and low noise,
The product has small partial discharge, good thermal stability, low noise and strong overload capability,
It is maintenance free and widely used in commercial buildings and load center areas.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. No oil, no pollution, flame retardant, self-extinguishing and fire prevention.
2. Low loss, high efficiency and low noise. it can run long time under 125% rated load under the forced
air-cooling condition and is equipped with intelligent temperature controller. The functions of fault alarm, over
temperature alarm, over temperature trip and black gate. lt is connected with computer through RS485 serial
interface and achieves centralized monitoring and control
3. Small local discharge (under 30 PC) and high reliability, can ensure long-term safe operation, life up to 30
years.
4. Resistance to crack and temperature change, high mechanical strength, strong abilitly to resist sudden
short-circuit.
5. Good moisture-proof property, it can run nomally under 100% humidity and can be put into operation
without drying treatment after shutdown
6. There is no need for a separate transformer room, core maintenance or load-bearing beam saving civil
land and occupation No oi, so it will not produce toxic gas to pollute the environment. No need ofoil collecting
pits or other ancilary buildings which reduces the cost of construction Easy installation, no debugging, almos!
no maintenance: No need to replace or check the oll, low operation and maintenance cost.
