S11-m-30 ~ 2500/20-10 oil-immersed transformers are for power system that with frequency of 50Hz and rated working voltage of 10kv/20kv and below. They are applied in dusty occasions like petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile and light industry.
The S11-M double-winding non-exciting voltage regulating oil-immersed power transformer developed by our company has the characteristics of small magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
The tank uses a vacuum oil filling process to minimize the moisture inside the transformer. The oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, which not only has cooling function, but also has breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil caused by temperature change, because there is no oil storage tank, reducing the height of the transformer, while isolated from the outside world, improving insulation performance and reducing maintenance costs.
Oil immersed series transformer
Fully sealed oil immersed power transformer developed and produced by Shenheng Power has the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy saving effect and reduce pollution.
Compared with the ordinary oil immersed transformer, the fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator, and the change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank.
The transformer is isolated from the air, so as to prevent and slow down the deterioration of oil and insulation aging, enhance the opetation teliability, and avoid maintenance in normal operation.
