LMZC-10 current transformer is a kind of key equipment used in 10kV indoor power system, which has the functions of current measurement, electric energy measurement and relay protection. The model meaning is: L (current transformer), Z (pillar structure), Z (epoxy resin insulation), B (with protection level), J9 (design serial number), 10 (rated voltage 10kV). The main body is insulated with epoxy resin, with moisture resistance, stain resistance and aging resistance, suitable for wet or polluted indoor environment. The pillar mounting is compact and can be fixed directly to the switch cabinet or bracket, saving space and facilitating maintenance.
The transformer is usually equipped with a dual winding design, the measuring level winding (0.2/0.5) for high-precision energy metering and instrument monitoring, the protection level winding (such as 10P10/15) can resist saturation and accurately transmit signals in the event of failure, ensuring fast action of the relay protection device. The common current ratio is 100/5A to 400/5A, supporting customization, the rated load is usually 10-15VA, and the short-time withstand current can reach 50kA/1s (thermal stability) and 125kA (dynamic stability), ensuring the reliability of the equipment in extreme cases such as short circuit.
